We were traveling and stopped in Berkley Springs WV on a Sunday for just 10 minutes just to grab a sandwich, and in less than 10 minutes we got a parking ticket. Who gives parking tickets on a Sunday? It’s like Berkley Springs is waiting every minute for any excuse to give you a ticket. We will NEVER travel through Berkley Springs WV ever again. Good luck Berkley Springs trying to attract tourists and travelers if your only income is giving people parking tickets on a Sunday.

I have lived in Bath, Berkeley Springs for the entirety of my life, and it is a beautiful area to live in and visit. I love the landscape, scenery and living in a place where I can experience all different kinds of weather. the town is filled with cute touristy shops and are great in the summer! However it is not close to any areas that have general shopping, and most places close early, so there is not much night life. It if very family friendly and a beautiful place to visit, especially in the spring and summer, with all the flowers and greenery.

I have lived in Berkeley Springs all my 46 years and my roots run deep. It's a nice quite little town with lots of artsy little shops, there is always a farmers market, car show, or a festival of some sort going in. We are a close knit town that comes together and supports each other. I love this town just the way it is. If I could change anything it would be to stop this dang bypass from going through, but we can't so we will have to deal with it. I marked NA for commute and real estate well everything cause I chose to work in Martinsburg and I got my property as soon as I got out of high school. We are a friendly group of people who will stand together for what's right and try to help each other when we get down and out. We are a little bit Mayberry so don't come here from the city and complain because life is slower here. That's just how we are. You either gonna like it or leave it. As for myself, I love it and won't be going anywhere.
