The effect of a clean body goes without saying. A clean diet is the key to this.
When the discussion is about a clean diet, salads and soups pop up in our mind. These are devoid of oil and fat and are rich in nutrients.
Soups are easy on the guts. They are easy to digest and are flavorful, too. When vegetables are used for soups we consume more nutrients, fibres than in the food cooked in other ways. These can be eaten during dinner.

Mix vegetable soup
This is the most delicious and nutritious soup. You need to clean and cut all the vegetables in chunks and boil them. After this, grind them together to form a smooth paste using the same water in which they were boiled. Add some butter, sprinkle some salt and pepper and have it hot.

Chicken soup
Low fat chicken pieces serve as an extremely good source for weight watchers. Boil these chicken pieces properly and use the strained broth.
Give it a nice tadka of salt, pepper and garlic and have it hot.
You can also add more flavors to it by adding boiled vegetables.

Carrot soup
Thick, creamy and delicious carrot soup is not just delicious but is filling too.
In a pan, take a tablespoon of butter, add chopped onion, garlic and saute it for a while. Add properly cut carrot to this and boil these till carrots are properly cooked.
Now let this mixture cool. Transfer it to a blender and blend it till it is smooth.
Now transfer it to a pan and boil the mixture. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice (optional). Eat it while it's hot.

Pumpkin soup
Take a ripe pumpkin. Remove its skin and cut it into bigger pieces. Roast them in an oven.
In a pan take some butter, add some ginger and garlic pieces. Saute these for a while. Add the roasted pumpkin to this and cook it for sometime. To bring in the consistency you can either add water or chicken broth, depending on what you prefer.
Blend it properly till it forms a smooth paste. Add salt, pepper and butter to this.
Alternatively, you can also directly boil the pumpkin instead of roasting it.

Palak soup
A bowl of amazingly green palak soup is a must for those who want to lose weight in a healthy way.
Take some fresh leaves of palak, wash and clean them. In a pan take some butter, add chopped onion and a little garlic and saute it for a while. Add the palak leaves and let it cook for sometime. Add besan flour to this and cook so that the raw smell of besan goes away. Add water and let this cook properly.
Take a blender and blend this mixture properly.
You can eat it like this by simply adding butter, salt and pepper to this.
