You can cancel your plan before your renewal date by calling us at (800) 773-0888 Mon-Fri 5 a.m.-7 p.m. PT, Sat-Sun 7 a.m.-4 p.m. PT or emailing us at e-sign@legalzoom.com with the phrase “Cancel my Forms & eSign subscription.” Make sure to either send the email from the address associated with your LegalZoom account or include that email address in the body of the email itself.
We'd like to remind you that even after your subscription ends, you can still do the following:
- Create documents with LegalZoom form templates and download them for free (no edit capability)
- Access all the electronically signed documents in your account under Documents > eSignature.
