Hibiscus Pineapple Skin Tea

Ingredients

- 1 skin and core of 1 whole ripe pineapple, skin should be thoroughly washed
- 10 cups water
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 stick of cinnamon
