How do I contact Paramount+ customer service? ›

Force stop the Paramount Plus app, clear cache, check for app and device updates, reinstall the app. Check for app updates, clear app cache and data, ensure strong network connectivity. Try a different browser, clear browser cache and cookies, disable ad blockers and extensions.

From the TV's home screen, highlight the Paramount Plus app. Press down on your remote's directional pad to bring up the app options. Select “Clear cache” to clear temporary files. Then go into App Settings > Manage Storage > Clear Data to reset the app.

Visit paramountplus.com and: Click on your user name in the upper righthand corner. Click "Account." On the Account page, select the option you'd like to update.

All Android phones and tablets running the Android Lollipop OS 13 or later. Paramount+ is supported on Android TV devices and SmartTVs that use the AndroidTV operating system, including: Nvidia Shield TV devices running Android OS 5.0 or later (US only)

Click the "Sign In" link located on the upper right portion of our home page. Click "Forgot your password." Enter the email address used to sign up for Paramount+. Next, check your email inbox for an email from noreply@paramountplus.com.

How many devices can log into my Paramount Plus account? ›

In the U.S., you may only use a maximum of three simultaneous streams (measured across all content available on the Paramount+ Service) at any time regardless of the number of devices that we permit you to access the Paramount+ Service with.

Launch the Paramount+ app, then Select Sign In. Select On My TV. Enter the email address and password you used when subscribing to Paramount+ and select Sign In. That's it!

The method of canceling your Paramount Plus subscription depends on the method you used for subscribing since it's different for all devices. Generally, you need to go to “subscriptions” from within the account you subscribed with, click on Paramount+ and cancel from there.

You have more than one Paramount+ account

You may have accidentally created a second account by using a different email address to sign in or via an email address typo upon signup.
