Statement from Oldham RLFC

A contractual dispute regarding the use of Boundary Park has also arisen with Oldham Athletic. Both parties claim to be owed revenues by the other, leading to a disagreement. Oldham RLFC has proposed mediation as per the contract's dispute resolution terms, a process that would be legally binding. The club is willing to accept the mediator's decision.
However, Oldham Athletic has refused to participate in mediation and has stated that Boundary Park will remain unavailable until the dispute is resolved. Due to the unavailability of Boundary Park, the club had to find an alternative venue for the Challenge Cup fixture against Orrell St James.
