Chloë Grace Moretz, Dominic Sessa and Felicity Jones also star in Michael Showalter's comedy feature that begins streaming later this year.
Michelle Pfeiffer is done with feeling unappreciated at the holidays in the teaser trailer for Amazon MGM Studios‘ comedy feature Oh. What. Fun.
Writer-director Michael Showalter‘s Christmas movie is set to begin streaming via Prime Video on Dec. 3. Chloë Grace Moretz, Dominic Sessa, Felicity Jones, Denis Leary, Jason Schwartzman, Eva Longoria, Joan Chen, Devery Jacobs, Havana Rose Liu, Danielle Brooks and Maude Apatow round out the star-studded ensemble cast.
Oh. What. Fun. centers on Claire Clauster (Pfeiffer), who is known for her over-the-top efforts in putting together her family’s perfect holiday celebration. But this year promises to be different when she goes missing and decides to have her own adventure that doesn’t involve coordinating the chaotic festivities.

“Why does Saint Nick get all the credit?” Pfeiffer asks in the footage that was released Monday amid Amazon’s upfront presentation. “Moms do all the work — and nobody mentions what Mrs. Claus does.”
Later, Moretz attends a sexy holiday show involving a shirtless Santa Claus, leading her to declare, “Damn, Santa’s jacked.”
Showalter helmed the film from a script he co-wrote with Chandler Baker. The project is based on Baker’s short story of the same name. Showalter produces alongside Jordana Mollick, Kate Churchill, Berry Welsh and Jane Rosenthal.
Oh. What. Fun. marks the latest collaboration between Showalter and Amazon MGM Studios following last year’s The Idea of You, starring Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine. Showalter’s next film is Amazon MGM’s Verity, which stars Hathaway, Josh Hartnett and Dakota Johnson in the adaptation of author Colleen Hoover’s novel.
