Kelsey and Camille Grammer have settled their bitter child custody battle.
The sparring ex-spouses have reached an agreement in which their two kids – son Jude, 7, and daughter Mason, 10 – will stay together and continue living with Camille in Los Angeles, a source with knowledge of the case told the Daily News.
Kelsey will have “meaningful” visitation, the source confirmed.
“The settlement is permanent and final. They will move on, and hopefully it’s all good,” another insider close to the agreement told The News.
Both sides also are nearing a definitive financial settlement, the last outstanding in the case, the source said.

The former “Frasier” star, 56, previously suggested splitting the kids up, with Jude going to live with Kelsey in Chicago, an April 2011 letter obtained by TMZ.com revealed.
Kelsey denied ever making the proposal and then made the surprise announcement last month that he and new wife Kayte Walsh Grammer, 32, are expecting twins.
“I’m really looking forward to meeting these new arrivals in our lives, I really am,” he said backstage at the Golden Globes, moments after winning best actor in a TV drama for his roll as a doomed Chicago mayor in Starz’s “Boss.”
He called his new wife, a former flight attendant he married in February 2011, “the most loving, amazing, warm human being I’ve ever met.”
Last October he told CNN’s Piers Morgan that his “parting gift” to third wife Camille, a former Playboy model, was her slot on the hit Bravo show “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
“Whether or not it worked well for her doesn’t matter,” he told Morgan. “It was my way of saying, ‘Look, you always wanted to be famous. Here you go.'”
