Homegrown cafe Five Oars Coffee Roasters reopens in Tanjong Pagar, where their story first began.
Five Oars Heritage’s interior design is consistent with the design theme ofFive Oars Coffee Roasters Upper East Coast Road, but boasts a hole in the wall speakeasy bar where futurism meets retro modern.
The brunch menu is available from 8.30 am to 5.15 pm and the dinner menu from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore will be unveiling new Afternoon Tea experiences: the Traditional Afternoon Tea and Expressions Afternoon Tea, respectively. Served daily, the new experiences each bear a distinctive character and will include new food and beverage menus.
The Traditional Afternoon Tea at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore showcases quintessential British afternoon tea flavours with an assortment of classic staples, while the Expressions Afternoon Tea at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore celebrates creativity and individual expression with a vivid palette of flavours, colours, shapes and forms — reminiscent of Nature’s wild and diverse flora.
On selected days, the afternoon tea experiences are elevated with live harp or piano music. To add celebratory sparkle to the occasion, guests can opt for a glass of champagne, in addition to a selection of curated loose leaf TWG teas and a variety of coffees from Bacha Coffee.

Listed on the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2022, Butcher’s Block is presenting Chef’s Table, an elevated interactive avant-garde wood-fired dining experience for group dining. The epicurean show-and-tell takes place at the special 3-metre-long wooden table that takes centre stage in the middle of the contemporary and lively restaurant. Designed for groups of 6 to 10 guests, the Chef’s Table experience will also include Chef Keao and his skilled culinary team regaling guests with dedicated tableside presentation along with insights into the Chef’s culinary philosophies, creativity, and skills behind the masterful creations presented.
Savour the wonderful depth of flavours, distinct aromas, and textures that only pure wood-fire can forge with the epicurean multi-course menu which will include Smoked Sashimi, Norwegian Scallop, Grilled Squid, Piccolo Tomato, the off-the-menu Suckling Pig, Australian Leg of Lamb and Rangers Valley WX Wagyu Op Rib.
